Unanswered questions are as bad as flat tires. Well, maybe not, but they can still be one of the most annoying things to have when you are trying to get something done. Which is why we have put together this list of quick answers regarding how being a carrier with Kirsch works.

What are your normal payment terms?

Payment terms are NET 30 days.

Can I fax or email paperwork? Do I have to send originals?

You do not have the send originals. You can email your invoice and supporting paperwork to invoice@kirschtrans.com. To help process your paperwork in a timely manner, please put our order number on the freight bill and send our rate confirmation along with your paperwork.

Where do I send paperwork?

It is preferred that you email invoices to invoice@kirschtrans.com. Please make sure to reference our order number on your freight bill and provide the rate confirmation.

Do you offer advances?

No, we do not offer advances.

Why do you ask for references?

This information is necessary for all carrier set-ups.

Do you have Quick Pay?

Yes, we offer two options:
Pay 10 days after receipt of ORIGINAL paperwork is 2%
Pay 24 hours after receipt of ORIGINAL paperwork is 4%

How do I sign up for Quick Pay?

Quick Pay is offered on a load by load basis. You must indicate on each invoice which Quick Pay option you choose. Contact the billing department at (712) 396-2142 for Ashley or you can email invoice@kirschtrans.com with questions.

How much is Quick Pay?

24 hour Quick Pay is a 4% discount off of the gross amount of freight charges.
10 day Quick Pay is a 2% discount off of the gross amount of freight charges.

Can I get paid via ACH or Comcheck for Quick Pay?

We do not offer Comcheck payment. If a void check is provided, payment will be sent via ACH payment. If a void check is not provided, payment will be sent via priority 2-3 day USPS mail with tracking.

Can I get the Quick Pay check overnighted?

We do not offer Quick Pay checks to be overnighted. However, we do offer ACH payments or 2-3 day priority USPS mail with tracking.

Do I have to do anything special for Quick Pay?

Original paperwork must be sent to the address shown below and you must also clearly mark “Quick Pay 24 hours” or “Quick Pay 10 days” on your invoice. Please also provide our order number on your freight bill and send the rate confirmation along with your paperwork.
