Independent agents are responsible for soliciting customers, booking
loads, finding truck capacity, dispatching, tracking, and customer care.

Kirsch provides the back office duties, insurance, qualification/maintenance of carriers, continuing development for agents, mode expertise, technology infrastructure, and Kirsch branded advertising/media. Independent agents are responsible for soliciting customers, booking loads, finding truck capacity, dispatching, tracking, and customer care. You’ll have +25,000 pre-approved carriers at your disposal.

Agents receive the following back office support:
– Invoicing, carrier pay, collections, claims admin, licensing, and insurance
– Website, social media, and advertising
Agents receive access and training on the following at no additional cost:
– McLeod TMS
    > Dispatch, carrier and load management
    > CRM (customer database) at your disposal
    > EDI capabilities
    > Digital freight matching
– Load posting sites – DAT/Internet TS
– Load tracking tools – Macro Point, Trucker Tools, and Project 44
– Carrier management tools – RMIS, Carrier 411

Agent Qualifications

Kirsch is not Agent heavy. We prefer only the few who can meet and sustain our high standards. Agents interested in working with Kirsch must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a freight broker with a customer following.
Commitment to best-in-class service to both the customer and carrier.
Must maintain the integrity and reputation that Kirsch and its agents have built over the last 20 years.
